Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products we stock and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns. This means we do not offer a refund or exchange. If you purchase a product and you don't like it, we unfortunately can also not offer a refund or exchange due to hygienic reasons. Each product can vary on the type of hair and the method used so please take this into consideration when purchasing. We have a great guide on pomade that tells you more about each type so please read this if you are not sure on what type of product to use. You can also contact us via email or social media if you have any questions about any of the products or would like some recommendations, so please don't hesitate to ask!
If you have already placed an order and wish to cancel or modify (where you're wanting a partial refund), we can refund this amount minus and charges and fee's we have had to pay. As a small business, the fees and charges can hit us hard so please understand that if we were to refund you due to a change of mind, we would be losing money.
