How long does the product last for?

This will vary depending on the type of product you have but usually there is a symbol on the jar that will say how many months it lasts (for example; 12m or 18m is a common length). It can also depend on various factors such as the ingredients, if there are preservatives or how it is stored. Keep an eye on the colour, smell or consistency because if these change, it might be time to replace it. 

 

How should I store my pomades?

They should be kept in a cool and dry place and kept out of direct sunlight. Also make sure you seal the lid tight every time after use. 

 

Why does my pomade not work the way I thought it would? 

There are a range of various factors that can impact how a product works on someone. This can include your type of hair (thick, thin, curly, wavy, straight etc), the length of your hair, the method you used to style your hair or the type of product you use. A product isn’t necessarily going to work the same on everyone and a lot of the time it's all about trial and error. This best thing you can do is to spend some time researching about different products and what hairstyle suits these products. A lot of the time products won't work as well if you're not using the right amount, the right technique, the right brush or even the right pre-styler.

Why does my pomade not have the same consistency as it should? 

Depending on the type of product you have, it could be because of how you stored it. For example, if the weather is cold or hot, it could change the consistency and become more solid or runnier than normal. This is why it is best to keep your product in a cool and dry place where it is less impacted by the weather. 

The brands we stock are purchased directly from the brewer companies. These are handmade by these home-brewers which means it is possible to have slight differences in each batch. We take the utmost care in packing your parcel so you will receive your product in the same condition we received it from the brewer. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Do you offer free shipping?

Any order over $100 AUD that is within Australia, will get free shipping. Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping on international orders. 

 

How long will it take to ship my order?

It will take us 1-3 business days for us to ship your order. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. This is something that is still new to us so please make sure you are aware of any customs/fees involved with your country as we are not responsible for any of this. 

 

I placed an order with in-stock products and pre-order products, when does this mean my order will be shipped out?

If you have placed one order with both in-stock and pre-order products, your whole order will be shipped once the pre-order products are in-stock. We will keep you up to date with pre-order release dates and let you know ASAP of any delays. 

 

Who do you ship with?

We ship our orders through Australia Post. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, once we have shipped out your order, we will provide you the tracking number. 

 

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take the utmost care to ensure all our products are shipped with protection to avoid any damage. If your product arrives damaged due to the parcel being damaged, please contact us straight away (please include photos) and we will try our best to help you out. 

 

Why is my parcel taking so long to get to me?

Once we have handed over the parcel to Australia Post, it is out of our control as to how long it takes to be delivered. Please be aware of any public holidays in both your state and South Australia (as this is where your order is shipped from) as this might impact the delivery time. Holiday periods such as Christmas may also impact the delivery time (we will always update our website during these times).

Due to COVID-19, Australia Post delivery times have been delayed for both Australian and International orders.  Please also check your own country's delivery times in case they are experiencing any delays.  

 

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Can I return my unused products?

Due to hygiene issues and the nature of our products, once you have placed your order, you cannot return or exchange products (even if they are unused). This means we offer no refund or exchange. Please make sure you carefully read and consider the products you are after. If you need any advice or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
